WHERE AND WHEN CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?
Tickets, fan cards, and season tickets for the matches can be purchased through the following sales channels:

I WANT TO BUY A TICKET. WHAT DO I NEED?
When purchasing a ticket or season ticket, you do not need to present an identification document. You are required to provide your first name, last name, and PESEL number. However, remember to bring your identification document with a photo and PESEL number when attending the match! For children, presenting a student ID card is sufficient. We encourage you to purchase tickets online or in advance to avoid queues at the ticket offices on the day of the match.
I LOST MY TICKET. WHAT NOW?
Keep your ticket in a safe place. Stolen, damaged, or lost tickets, fan cards, and season tickets can be replaced with duplicates at the ticket offices. The cost of a duplicate season ticket or fan card is 10 PLN. Duplicate tickets are free of charge.
NOTES:
- Ticket sales positions have limited capacity, so do not wait until the last moment.
- On the match day, tickets can be purchased until the end of the break.
- Keep the schedule that is included with your purchased season ticket or ticket. Your ticket or schedule may be checked multiple times during the match, so keep it with you until the end of the event.
- If you cannot find your seat, do not hesitate to ask for assistance from a steward. Take your seat during the match and do not stand on stairs or passages. Stewards will pay special attention to this.
ENTRANCES TO THE VENUE. HOW DO I GET TO THE STADIUM?
The stadium gates are opened 1.5 hours before each match.
- The main entrance is located from Okrzei Street and runs along Lipowy Cemetery and from Leśna Street.
- If you have a ticket or season ticket for sector B, C, D - go along Leśna Street and enter through gate No. IV.
- If you have a ticket for the away sector E, F - go along Leśna Street and enter through gate No. VI.
- If you have a ticket or season ticket for sectors G, H - go along Leśna Street and enter through gate No. VII.
- If you have a ticket or season ticket for sectors I, J, K, L, M, N - you can enter the stadium by going along Leśna Street through gate No. VII or from Okrzei Street through the main gate No. I.
- If you have a ticket or season ticket for sectors O, P, R, S, A, T, U - go along Okrzei Street, which runs along Lipowy Cemetery, and pass through gate No. I.
- If you are a disabled person using a wheelchair - go along Okrzei Street, which runs along Lipowy Cemetery, and pass through gate No. I.
WILL I BE ABLE TO REACH THE STADIUM BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT?
You can reach the vicinity of the stadium by various bus lines, including A4, 6, 57, 59, 80, 156, 187, 194, 250, 259, 617, 676, 840, and 850.
PARKING:
If you don't have a special parking card for your car or you're not on the parking list of GKS "Piast" SA, you won't be able to enter the club's parking lots located near the Municipal Stadium. Free parking spaces are available along Poniatowskiego, Okrzei, Lipowa streets, and in nearby alleys.
SECURITY AND CONTROL:
Please note that once you enter the stadium and then leave, you won't be allowed to re-enter. Every fan from the age of 3 and above must have a valid ticket or season pass to access the stadium. The entrance staff may conduct checks on both the fan and their belongings. The list of prohibited items and the event/stadium regulations are posted at the facility's gates and ticket offices. CAN I BRING ANY BEVERAGES INTO THE STADIUM?
No, you won't be allowed to bring any beverages. Drinks can be purchased at the catering kiosks located under the stands.
CAN I BRING A CAMERA OR VIDEO CAMERA INTO THE STADIUM?
The stewards have the right to refuse entry or prohibit the use of professional video cameras or professional cameras with long, interchangeable lenses during the match. This only applies to bulky/photojournalistic recording devices that capture sound and/or images.
CHILDREN AND YOUTH:
DO I NEED TO BUY A TICKET FOR A CHILD?
Children under the age of 3 can enter the stadium without a ticket and sit on the lap of a guardian. Children under 13 can attend matches only in the presence of a guardian who must have a separate ticket or season pass. Guardians of children under 3 years old are not entitled to free tickets or season passes.
CAN AN UNACCOMPANIED MINOR ENTER THE STADIUM?
Children under 13 can enter the stadium only under the supervision of an adult. Children aged 13 to 18 must indicate a guardian when purchasing a ticket. The guardian doesn't have to attend the match but must be registered (name, surname, PESEL number). Guardians are fully responsible for the youth participating in the mass event.
DURING THE ONLINE TICKET PURCHASE FOR THE FAMILY SECTION, I SEE THE MESSAGE "MINORS WITHOUT A GUARDIAN." HOW CAN I ADD A GUARDIAN?
If you see the message "minors without a guardian," please contact the ticket sales department or visit the ticket office to assign a guardian to the minor.

DISABLED FANS:
Special sections U and C have been prepared for wheelchair users, allowing them to watch the match in comfortable conditions. The entrance for wheelchair users is located at gate No. 9. Disabled individuals with a valid Disabled Person Parking Card will be provided with free parking in Area A. Access to the parking area is from Leśna Street through gate No. II.
To use a guide dog, please contact the club at least one day before the match.

CAN I PURCHASE CLUB MEMORABILIA DURING THE MATCH?
Yes, during league matches held at the Municipal Stadium in Gliwice, you can purchase club memorabilia. The sales continue throughout the match under sections K and L.
FAMILY SECTION:
The Municipal Stadium in Gliwice is family-friendly, so it's worth coming to the venue with your children to experience football emotions together!
Sectors I and J have been prepared specifically for families, and the ticket prices there are lower compared to other sectors. Children up to the age of 15 can get a free ticket, while the guardian can purchase a ticket starting from 20 PLN.
It's also important to note that children up to the age of 3 can enter the stadium without a ticket and sit on the lap of a guardian. Children under 13 can attend matches only in the presence of a guardian, who can participate in the match with a separate ticket or season pass. Guardians of children under 3 years old are not entitled to free tickets or season passes.
Attractions for the youngest in the family section: One hour before each match, animations for children are conducted near the gates of the family section, while they wait to enter the stadium. Children have the opportunity to have their faces painted in the colors of Piast Gliwice, among other activities.
Shortly before the start of the match, animations for the youngest move to the family section. There, in the play corner, children can enjoy inflatable targets and shooting walls, balloon modeling, face painting, coloring books, and other activities prepared by trained and creative animators.
